“According as his divine power hath giveth unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness through the knowledge of him that has called us to glory and virtue”- (2 Peter 1:3)
The truth in our opening verse is also paralleled in 1 Corinthians 3:21; it says, “Therefore let no man glory in men, for all things are yours.” Did you notice it did not say “some things”? All things are yours! This is the reality. Affirm it. Believe the word and act accordingly.
The word of God is very clear about this. This isn’t something to argue with, doubt or negotiate. Everything you require: the money, facilities, ideas, vision, human, and material resources etc, have all been granted to you in Christ Jesus. This is the life I have come to believe and I’m living it right now. You have to look beyond your challenges and limitations and let Christ take charge of everything that concerns you. Jesus is very dependable.
I lost my job some years back and I thought my life was over. One night I decided to pray because I was tired of the struggle. I called on God with tears in my eyes, I told him to take charge of everything in my life and he showed me the opening verse – 1 Cor. 3:21. I believed and my faith was high. From that day, my life changed completely. I’m here to tell you, yes you reading now; you can live above lack. David said, “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want” (Psalm 23:1) How could you live the down-life? Refuse to see the problems and lapses in this world. Live the higher life. You are Abraham’s seed. Live above this world’s system. It doesn’t matter the circumstances in the earth realm.
Do what the word says and walk your way upwards from glory to glory.
